The Terms and Conditions below are for bookings made directly via the hotels’ websites and payments via payment gateway systems through the Waetiya Limited. Early Check-In

Cancellation Policy

All room reservations at The Velar Hotel are subject to the applicable Cancellation and Refund Policy. Failure to check in on the confirmed arrival date will be treated as a no-show, and applicable charges will be levied as outlined in the Refund Policy or mentioned in the booking confirmation.

The Velar Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in cases where a guest has provided invalid payment details, engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or where a reservation has been made due to an error or discrepancy. We also reserve the right to amend or cancel bookings that do not comply with our terms and conditions.

If a guest chooses to shorten their stay or check out early, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the stay, as per the Refund Policy or booking confirmation. In the event of any cancellation under the circumstances stated above, The Velar Hotel is not obligated to guarantee availability or previously offered rates. Any new reservation will be subject to availability and the best available rate at the time of rebooking.

As a condition of using this website, guests agree to provide valid proof of payment (such as payment receipts or bank transfer confirmations) to the hotel’s reservations department prior to the check-in date, clearly mentioning the reservation confirmation number. Guests are solely responsible for any banking fees or transaction charges incurred during the payment process.

The Velar Hotel reserves the right to cancel a reservation if proof of payment is not received within the stipulated time. Guests will remain liable for any applicable cancellation or no-show charges. By completing a booking, guests confirm that all personal and contact information provided is accurate and may be used by the hotel for verification and communication purposes
